Approximately 2,100 travel industry leaders convened at National Harbor, Maryland, outside Washington, D.C. at major travel conference to enhance expertise for benefit of local clients
Melbourne Beach, FL (June 11th, 2019) — Beyond and Back Travel, a member of Travel Leaders Network, recently announced it joined with more than 2,100 travel industry leaders from June 7-10 for the prestigious EDGE: Educate, Discover, Gather, Evolve International Conference that convened at Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center at National Harbor, Maryland, located in the Capital Region of Washington, D.C. The conference was hosted by Travel Leaders Network, one of North America’s largest retail travel agency organizations.
By accepting the invitation to this major travel industry convention, the advisors attending from Beyond and Back Travel gained exclusive access to high-caliber educational offerings and relationship-building opportunities with top travel industry experts – an unparalleled experience that will enhance the level of service and expertise they deliver to travelers in the greater Brevard County area.

More than 200 workshops during the conference ranged from topics such as honeymoon and destination wedding travel, best practices for keeping travelers safe, selling to luxury travelers, social media strategies, upgrading cruise experiences, and customs of corporate travel in other parts of the world.
There was also a sold-out trade show and supplier training with more than 500 exhibitors spanning a wide array of companies, including cruise lines, hotels, rental car and transportation companies to tourism boards, visitors’ bureaus and tour operators.
