LEISURE

Our leisure team plans all types of vacations for our clients, from 3 night Caribbean cruises and quick weekend getaways to private jets and 6 month cruises around the world.

Excellent customer service is not good enough for us. As a member of our team, you’ll be expected to deliver an exceptional experience with every interaction you have with a client, from the way we answer their phone call to the hand-written welcome home note waiting for them in their mailbox when they return from their trip.

A perfectly planned trip doesn’t cut it either. We design experiences that surprise and inspire our clients in unexpected ways, from the small touches like having a bottle of wine waiting in their hotel room to delivering on those the impossible requests.

Corporate

Our corporate team supports a wide range of clients from hedge funds to defense contractors, from 10 travelers to over 400. We customize our service model to each of our clients’ individual businesses, but one thing is consistent across every client - our always-on, unrelenting dedication to delivering an exceptional experience to every one of their travelers and the overall success of their travel program.

GDS proficiency is not required, but the ability to learn is. Whether you’re a seasoned corporate agent or just starting your career, as long as you’re passionate about travel and delivering an exceptional customer experience, we’re interested in talking to you.

Independent Contractors

If you are currently an independent contractor in the Brevard County area looking for better splits and more support from your host or a traditional agent looking to start your own business, our host agency program could be for you.

Beyond and Back provides personal service and support to help you work efficiently and grow your business. We are not a mega-host agency and we develop personal relationships with all of our ICs, making sure you have access to all of the tools and resources you need to succeed. As a member of Travel Leaders, the largest travel network in the country, we have the resources, relationships, education opportunities, and technology you need to be successful.
